It all depends on said location of the bus, if it was in the Isle of Man, I would probably take the space as there is such a fecking long waiting time for buses here but saying that, most of the time I would let said guild officer take the space without question.

If one of the members in your group was underperforming for their gear level would you tell them?
I’d like to think I would, if someone can perform better I would try and hint it but most of the time that doesn’t register, so I would probably just say it outright.

If a member of the group told you you were underperforming for your gear level, how would you react?
That’s a scientific impossibility :p

I would like to say I would hit the guild officer over head and get on the bus, but that’s probably a bit extreme. Being the good boy that I am I’d most likely let the guild officer on.

If one of the members in your group was underperforming for their gear level would you tell them?
No, I’m a bit too soft sometimes so I wouldn’t want to upset them.

If a member of the group told you you were underperforming for your gear level, how would you react?
I would likely ask them how I could improve.

Simple, I would pull rank. I didn’t earn my role as a GM and probably just bullied my way in to it, so might as well bully my way on to the seat.

If one of the members in your group was underperforming for their gear level would you tell them?
I see it as my job to tell them, whether I would or not normally depends on the person, but I certainly wouldn’t say it to them during a raid. I would probably email them the next day about it giving them pointers if I could.

If a member of the group told you you were underperforming for your gear level, how would you react?
I would take their opinions on board whislt perusing the guild list for their replacement in the Raid.

I am scared of buses. The last time I went on a bus there were scary drunk people, chavs and dubious smells.

Hell no! Guild officer job that one

If a member of the group told you you were underperforming for your gear level, how would you react?
I would probably already realise and apologise if I hadn’t already done so. Or I would slash their tyres, kidnap their pet and ring their workplace with a bomb threat. Depends what time of the month it is

I count myself being worth at least two regular people, so I assume I’m waiting for the bus with myself. I still have my courtesies though – I let myself have the seat.

Unfortunately, I gave up my manhood many years ago, so I dare not take it up with them. I do however tell Auldyn and have him bollock them.

If a member of the group told you you were underperforming for your gear level, how would you react?
I would kick ass and take names, and I’m all out of bubblegum. Err..

I imagine I would blame the lag, Blizz and the moon and then comfort myself with old screenshots of Recount.

I’d like to think we’d both elect to walk it and continue the conversation, but failing that, pistols at dawn.

If one of the members in your group was underperforming for their gear level would you tell them?
Yeah, but only if I had some constructive suggestions.  And I wouldn’t start with “You blow, here’s how not to…” It’s a case of suggesting positive improvements without undermining current standing. And if I could tell that they were underperforming but didn’t know their class to suggest ideas, I would  consider telling a ranking guildie who did know their stuff, and suggest that if they get a second, they might wanna drop the player in question a line. But, that all depends on context. I’m not suggesting calling in an intervention if someone is off their game when running 5-mans. If that player is a raider however, then it becomes worth organising them the support they need to shine, from both an altruistic and progression-orientated view point.
